1. When we both searcched the same query we noticed that the only difference was in the order of the links, this may be due to the very little searchs we do while logged into our google accounts.
2. Google collects information about its users based on their activity in different sites, from its search page to Gmail to Youtube to phone running its operative system. No data is collected while the user is not logged in. You can't opt-out shared search data on Google. This is due to the new policy. For example on youtube google collects the amount of videos you saw and recommend you some other videos with the same tags.
